Each method of production – from throwing, casting, jigger and jolly to hand building are explained and demonstrated in detail. The glazing, decorating and firing process are also explained.

Create your own pot with the guidance of an experienced potter at Louis Mulcahy's famous pottery workshop near Ballyferriter. With expert help on hand you will learn how to create your own little pot, beaker or small vase. The experience is fun, educational and is suitable for young and old. You can bring the raw pot you have created home with you or if you prefer you can leave it to be dried, glazed and posted to you at a later stage by the Louis Mulcahy team.
