Take some needed time away from life’s daily stressors and join us in Cloghane/Brandon for the Wild Atlantic Wellness Weekend. This is a unique festival that could potentially change your life in how you deal with lives up and downs? Cloghane/ Brandon is based in the Gaeltachta area on the Northern sore of the Dingle Peninsula. This small tranquil area is the perfect place to come to relax and become mindful among the mountains and sea. It provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of town and city life. It’s an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself. The festival will be taking place from Friday 18th of May until Sunday the 20th of May 2018.

‘’Show up in the magical Cloghane & Brandon & slow down for a weekend of wellbeing! ‘’

Mindfulness is something we all possess. Practising Mindfulness gives us the ability to be present in the moment. It enables us to calmly acknowledge and accept our thoughts and feelings and helps facilitate an awareness of the body. In this way we learn to make skilful decisions in how to respond wisely to any given situation rather than acting out based on anger or frustration.

The Wild Atlantic Wellness Weekend will inspire you to become more aware about your overall wellbeing. Mindful Workshops, Mindful Walking, Compassionate Communication, learning to live in the moment, Yoga workshops, Art with Yunjee Kim and much much more. These are just some of the many activities that the Wellness weekend has to offer.

Festival organisers are very fortunate to have renowned contributors, meditators and fitness instructors helping us with our festival. The following facilitators will offer their skills
