Maharees Regatta / Regatta na Machairí

The Maharees Regatta is the one of a number of local regattas on the Dingle Peninsula. Situated on the beautiful Maharees Peninsula, Regatta na Machairí, takes place on the pier of Scraggane Bay.  The regatta is part of the West Kerry tradition of naomhóg racing and attracts competitors from across Ireland, including prominent rowing counties of Clare and Galway as well as local crews from all around the Dingle Peninsula.


This years Maharees Regatta / Regatta na Machairí takes place on June 24th 2018.



Full details of the days event is on the poster below. The Regatta starts at 12.30pm with a Blessing of the Fleet, and the first race begins at 1pm.
