This fabulous house boasts an open plan kitchen/dining area, and a separate living room with a wood burning stove, leather furnishing and a flat screen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons. and Neff appliances. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower, and a utility room. Broadband WiFi installed. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom, (2 futon couches), which can double as a kiddies play-room and has a flat screen satellite TV and DVD fitted. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, and a large children's bedroom which sleeps 3 (double bunk below, single on top), as well as 2 extra single convertible beds, and a satellite TV and X Box. The main bathroom is also on the first floor with shower over bath. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Travel-cot and high-chair are available on the premises. We would ask that guests do not smoke in the house.
