Welcome to Waterworld Dive Centre, where our family’s passion for the ocean has been brought to life right on the water's edge in the Maharees for over 60 years.
Founded by Ronnie and Pat Fitzgibbon and proudly carried on across three generations, we are honored to be Ireland’s longest-operating dive center and its very first National Geographic Dive Centre.
Our mission is simple: to introduce people of all ages and experience levels to the magic, wonder, and vibrant marine life hidden beneath the Atlantic surface.
From complete beginner dives and fun snorkel trips to advanced instructor training, our team delivers world-class, award-winning education with a personal touch.
