Fresh Seafood

Seafood is a speciality on the Dingle Peninsula and this is the place to really enjoy fish and shellfish. Fish and chips has become a bit of an art form in the area and can include a wide variety of fish cooked to perfection by skilled locals.

Check out the specials board in take away restaurants where you will often find monkfish, hake, prawns, haddock, squid or calamari - whatever the catch of the day brings in.

Watch out for traditional take away staples such as hamburgers made from local grass fed beef.
